The name change and your supplier record
Arke Technologies is the same company that has traded since 2017 as Fibre Boyz (Pty) Ltd, now with a fresh brand and an expanded mission. The registration number, 2017/386810/07, is unchanged, and contracts and purchase orders placed with Fibre Boyz (Pty) Ltd sit with us. Please update the supplier name on your vendor master file; we will send the amended CIPC registration certificate for your records.

Governance, compliance and security

Information security. Arke Technologies does not hold ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Our security controls are aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls, and we help clients prepare for their own certification through ISO 27001 readiness.
Service management. Our service desk practice is ITIL-aligned: incident, request, problem and change management, with SLA reporting, a monthly service review, a named service lead and documented escalation paths.
Access and confidentiality. One contract with Arke Technologies and one accountable team, with work performed on our SLA clock. Every remote session needs one-time approval and is logged, and everyone with access to your systems is bound by confidentiality and our security controls.
AI. We never train models on client data without explicit consent. Our AI use disclosure explains where and how we use AI.
Continuity. Your data, credentials and documentation remain yours. If the contract ends, we hand them over in order, with the documented runbooks for your environment.
