Our platforms: AtlasOS and Hesper

Arke Technologies (Pty) Ltd, in Johannesburg, owns and builds two software platforms. AtlasOS is the operating system for professional services firms, in production today. Hesper is the IT operations platform for managed service providers and in-house IT teams; it launches in November 2026, with early access until then.

Software built from work we know

Each platform had to carry real work before we offered it to anyone else. AtlasOS was built for professional practices that carry compliance for their clients, and runs in production at Evolv Accountants, our sister company and the reference site for every firm that follows. Hesper packages the tooling our managed IT services run on: approved, logged remote access, automated monitoring and ticketing on SLA clocks.

Proving software in daily use before we sell it keeps us honest about what works, and it is the discipline we bring to custom software development for clients.

AtlasOS: practice management for professional services firms

AtlasOS is the operating system for professional services firms: client and entity management, compliance workflows, AI-assisted advisory, billing, a client inbox and firm branding on one platform, with each firm's data isolated. It is configured by profession:

Practices that file for clients can read our guide to CIPC annual returns. Book an AtlasOS demo or visit the AtlasOS site  (opens atlaspractice.app).

Hesper: IT operations for MSPs and in-house IT teams

Hesper is the IT operations platform for managed service providers and in-house IT teams, built first for our own managed service:

  • Remote access built on open-source RustDesk, with a management layer we own: device groups, approvals and session logs.
  • Monitoring, automation and ticketing: monitoring every 15 minutes with faults raised as tickets, standard automated repairs with recorded human approval for the riskier ones, and tickets tied to SLA clocks.

Hesper is in development and launches in November 2026, with pricing published at launch; until then, join the early-access list or read RustDesk for business.

How we design our platforms

  • People decide. Where a platform uses AI, it recommends and a person decides.
  • Risky actions need a recorded approval. In Hesper, riskier automated repairs wait for a person, and every remote session is approved and logged.
  • Actions leave a record. Our AI framework requires every AI action to be logged and reviewable, so a manager or auditor can see what was suggested and who decided.
  • Firms stay separate. Each AtlasOS firm's data is isolated at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface.
  • Built for African conditions. SARS and CIPC workflows are built in.
  • Start small. New capability starts where the risk is low and grows with confidence.

Frequently asked questions

What platforms does Arke Technologies own? Show answer

Arke Technologies owns two platforms. AtlasOS, the operating system for professional services firms, is in production for accounting and tax practices, audit firms and payroll bureaux. Hesper, the IT operations platform for managed service providers and in-house IT teams, launches in November 2026.

Is Hesper available now? Show answer

Not yet: Hesper is in development and launches in November 2026. It brings together logged remote access built on RustDesk, monitoring every 15 minutes with faults raised as tickets, automated repairs with human approval for the riskier ones, and SLA-timed ticketing. Pricing will be published at launch; until then, join the early-access list.

How is AtlasOS priced? Show answer

AtlasOS pricing is not published on this site. We discuss it after a demo, once we understand your firm, its people and the compliance work it carries for clients. Book an AtlasOS demo through our contact page, or visit the AtlasOS site  (opens atlaspractice.app) for product detail.

Does AtlasOS suit firms outside accounting? Show answer

Yes, if your work runs on a recurring compliance cycle. AtlasOS is configured for audit firms, payroll bureaux and nonprofits as well as accounting practices, with legal practices in scoping. It is not clinical software for medical practices; a demo is the quickest way to test the fit.
