These terms apply together with our privacy notice and cookie notice, which explain how we handle personal information and cookies. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Using this website
You may browse, read and share this website for any lawful purpose. You must not:
use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or any account, or interfere with how the site works, for example with malicious code, denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests;
probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or our systems without our written permission;
copy, scrape or republish the site's content in bulk, or frame it within another website, without our written permission;
submit false information through our forms, or another person's personal information without their authority;
send unsolicited commercial messages through our forms or to the addresses published on the site.
We may block access for anyone who breaches these terms and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Unlawful access to a computer system is an offence under the Cybercrimes Act, 2020.
Reporting a security vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, email info@arketechnologies.com with a description and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not access, change or delete data, disrupt the service or disclose the issue publicly while we investigate. We acknowledge every report and tell you what we do about it.
Organisations that want their own systems tested, with written authority and an agreed scope, can read about our penetration testing service.
Information on this website
We publish the information on this website in good faith to describe our services and to help organisations make informed decisions. It is general information, not professional advice for your circumstances, and it may change without notice. Our insights and guides explain topics such as POPIA, public-sector procurement and technology choices; they are not legal, tax or financial advice, so take professional advice before you act on them.
Where we cite a market price or statistic from another organisation, we name the source and the date. Those figures give context; they are not our prices, and they may change after publication. We do not publish our own rates on this website: our prices are set in a written proposal or quote for your requirements.
Proposals, agreements and orders
Service descriptions on this website give a general overview. The scope, service levels, prices, deliverables and timelines of any engagement are those in the proposal, service-level agreement, quote or purchase order agreed between your organisation and Arke Technologies.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A contract comes into being only when both parties sign an agreement or when we accept a purchase order in writing; submitting a form or sending an email does not create one.
Our divisions trade on their own websites. Orders placed with Server Hub are governed by the quote or order you accept and the terms that accompany it, including Server Hub's local warranty, which is always additional to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. Connectivity from Fibre Boyz is governed by the service agreement you accept. Use of AtlasOS, our platform for professional services firms, is governed by the agreement for that platform, not by these terms; see the AtlasOS site (opens atlaspractice.app).
Intellectual property
Arke Technologies (Pty) Ltd owns, or is licensed to use, the content of this website, including its text, graphics, logos, images, page designs and code, and copyright protects it. The names and logos of Arke Technologies, Server Hub, Fibre Boyz, AtlasOS (opens atlaspractice.app) and Hesper are ours, and you may not use them without our written permission.
You may view and print pages for your own reference, share links, and quote short extracts with attribution to Arke Technologies, for example in an internal report, a board paper or a tender evaluation. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use needs our written permission.
Other organisations' product names, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and AWS, are trade marks of their owners. We name them to describe the platforms we supply and work with; naming them does not imply that their owners endorse us.
Links to and from other websites
This website links to other websites, including those of our divisions and of organisations we cite as sources. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of websites we do not operate.
You may link to any public page of this website, provided the link is fair and lawful and does not suggest a relationship with us that does not exist.
Availability of the website
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate, available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, Arke Technologies is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, your reliance on its content or your inability to use it. This does not exclude our liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, and nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where that Act applies to you.
If you breach these terms, you are responsible for the loss your breach causes us.
Governing law and disputes
South African law governs these terms and your use of this website, and the courts of the Republic of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before you start proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to settle the matter directly.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a term immediately, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, our services or this website. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version published when you use the site applies to that use.

Is information on the Arke Technologies website a binding offer? Show answer Hide answer
No. The website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer that you can accept. A contract exists only when your organisation and Arke Technologies sign a proposal or service-level agreement, or when we accept your purchase order in writing. The scope, prices and service levels in that agreement are the ones that bind us.
Can I use content from this website in a report or tender evaluation? Show answer Hide answer
Yes, within limits. You may quote short extracts, with attribution to Arke Technologies, in an internal report, board paper or tender evaluation, and you may print pages for your own reference. Copying substantial parts of the site, republishing it or using it commercially needs our written permission; email info@arketechnologies.com to ask.
Which law governs the Arke Technologies website terms? Show answer Hide answer
South African law governs these terms and your use of the website, and the courts of the Republic of South Africa have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. We would rather settle a concern directly, so please contact us at info@arketechnologies.com or on 010 447 2445 before you start any proceedings.
Do these terms cover the services Arke Technologies provides? Show answer Hide answer
No. These terms cover the website only. Managed IT, cybersecurity, software, cloud and our other services are governed by the proposal and service-level agreement your organisation signs, which set the scope, the P1 to P4 priority scale with targets agreed for your organisation, reporting and exit arrangements. Hardware and connectivity orders follow the quote or order you accept.

Please do not access, change or delete data, disrupt the site or publish the issue while we investigate.
