Service desks, cybersecurity, municipal revenue enhancement and the supplier compliance documents a bid needs.

Arke Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a Johannesburg IT company for mid-sized and large organisations, government and public-sector bodies, and schools across South Africa. These industry pages set out what we deliver in each sector: the systems it runs on, the regulation it answers to, and how we support it under one service-level agreement.
Our services, documentation and contracts are built for three groups of buyers:
The sector pages below go one level deeper, into what is true only of that industry.

Our head office is in Greenstone Hill, Johannesburg, and delivery is remote-first, so we serve organisations across South Africa; see where we work. Arke Technologies (Pty) Ltd has traded since 2017, when it began as Fibre Boyz, an internet service provider; the same company now also delivers hardware, managed IT, cybersecurity, software, AI and cloud.

We serve mid-sized and large organisations, government and public-sector bodies, and schools and education institutions across South Africa. Dedicated pages cover professional services, legal, financial services, healthcare, nonprofits, mining and industrial, agriculture and distribution, retail and e-commerce, and small and medium businesses. Each page covers the systems, regulation and site realities of that sector.
Yes. We work to PFMA and MFMA procurement and reporting disciplines, respond to requests for quotation and tenders, and complete standard bidding documents when a bid requires them. We are a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor, giving 135% procurement recognition, and our CSD supplier number and SARS tax compliance status are available on request. See public-sector supplier compliance.
Yes. Every engagement starts from POPIA, and we add the rules of the sector: King IV Principle 12 for boards, the PFMA or MFMA for public bodies, and the professional standards a firm answers to. Our controls are aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and we keep the audit-ready records your information officer needs.
Yes, in most cases. The industry pages cover the sectors with the most specific needs, but the underlying services, from managed IT and cybersecurity to cloud, networks, software, integration and AI, apply to any organisation. Tell us how your operation runs and what it must comply with, and we will say plainly whether we are the right fit before any proposal.
It starts with discovery and an assessment of your systems, security, licences and support, followed by a written proposal. Once you accept, we agree an SLA, onboard your users and devices, and hold the first monthly service review. Hardware is quoted through Server Hub, itemised in rand with VAT included, and project work is quoted per project.
Tell us what your organisation runs and what it answers to. We aim to respond to new enquiries within one business day: talk to us, call 010 447 2445 or email info@arketechnologies.com.
