Are Server Hub and Fibre Boyz separate companies?

No. Server Hub and Fibre Boyz are trading divisions of Arke Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2017/386810/07. Each keeps its own name, website and contact details, but the legal entity, the company documents, the B-BBEE status and the accountable team behind them are the same.

Is Fibre Boyz still trading?

Yes. Fibre Boyz continues as our connectivity division, supplying uncapped fibre and fixed LTE to homes and organisations, and all its memberships carried over, including the Internet Service Providers' Association of South Africa (ISPA). Arke Technologies is the same company that has traded as Fibre Boyz since 2017, with a fresh brand and an expanded mission. Check fibre or LTE for an address at fibreboyz.co.za.

Can we buy hardware from Server Hub without an Arke support contract?

Yes. Server Hub sells servers, storage, networking and business software directly through serverhub.co.za, quoted in rand with VAT included and backed by a local warranty. If you want the hardware designed into a system, installed and supported, our team does that under a proposal and SLA, and the equipment still comes through Server Hub.

How our companies fit together

We design, secure and support the systems; Server Hub supplies the hardware those systems run on; Fibre Boyz supplies the connection that links them to the cloud and to your other sites.
