Donor management
Donor records and the history of each relationship in one place, so it is there before every conversation and every report.

AtlasOS for nonprofits and NGOs is management software that brings donor management, grant compliance, board governance and programme monitoring into one platform, with the tasks, deadlines and communications that tie them together. Arke Technologies in Johannesburg built and owns AtlasOS, and it is available for nonprofits now.
AtlasOS is the operating system for professional services firms, and it is in production at Evolv Accountants. For nonprofits and NGOs it covers donor management, grant compliance, board governance and programme monitoring, on the same compliance and workflow engine, communications inbox, AI-assisted advisory and white-label branding that the firms using it rely on. For product detail, visit the AtlasOS site (opens atlaspractice.app).
The result is one record of the organisation's work: programme staff, finance and the board see the same deadlines and status, instead of reconciling spreadsheets before every report. The same platform serves accounting and tax practices, audit and assurance firms and payroll bureaux, with legal practices in scoping.

Many NGOs run their obligations from a donor spreadsheet, a shared inbox and a whiteboard system on the office wall. It works until a report date moves, or the one person who keeps the board informed is away. AtlasOS replaces that with four modules:
Donor records and the history of each relationship in one place, so it is there before every conversation and every report.
Each grant's reporting dates and obligations tracked as scheduled tasks, with deadline alerts, an owner and a visible status, so no report to a funder depends on memory.
Board dates and the actions agreed at each meeting scheduled, assigned and tracked like any other task, so the board can see what has been done.
Programme work tracked against what the organisation committed to deliver, so programme reviews and funder reports draw on one source.
The compliance and workflow engine that runs SARS and CIPC workflows for accounting practices keeps statutory deadlines in the same calendar as grant reports:
Funders back organisations they can trust with money and with people's information:

NGO management software runs a nonprofit's core administration in one place: donor relationships, grant obligations and reporting dates, board governance and programme monitoring, with the tasks and deadlines that connect them. AtlasOS for nonprofits and NGOs does this on the same compliance and workflow engine that accounting and audit firms use, so statutory and funder deadlines share one calendar.
Yes. The nonprofit and NGO modules of AtlasOS are available now, covering donor management, grant compliance, board governance and programme monitoring. AtlasOS as a whole is in production, with Evolv Accountants as its reference site. Book an AtlasOS demo to see the nonprofit modules on the work you describe, or visit the AtlasOS site for product detail.
Yes. AtlasOS schedules CIPC and SARS work with deadline alerts, task owners and status tracking, so a non-profit company's CIPC annual return sits in the same calendar as its grant reports. A registered NPO's annual report to the Department of Social Development, due within nine months of the financial year-end, is tracked the same way, as a scheduled task with an owner and an alert.
No. AtlasOS is a web application built with Next.js and React, so staff sign in through a web browser, and there is no desktop client, plug-in or custom keyboard software to install. That suits NGOs whose staff share computers or work across several sites. Sign-in runs through Firebase Authentication, and each organisation's data is isolated at database level.
AtlasOS isolates each organisation's data at database level, controls sign-in through Firebase Authentication and keeps its records in PostgreSQL on Google Cloud SQL. The AI-assisted advisory module supports staff without replacing their judgement, and we never train models on client data without explicit consent. Your POPIA duties remain yours, and our POPIA compliance service can help you meet them.
